Seatbelt Mount

Dubious patches were removed and new panel fabricated.

Seatbelt mount completed

New panel welded in and original plate plug weded back in.

Floor Seatbelt Mount

This area was wafer thin and was plated and spreader plate replaced.

All rot cut out

This area was three layers thick of patches and snotty welds and was very difficult to remove.

Panel Fabrication

A new vertical heelboard panel was made and tested for fit before final welding.

Heelboard Fitted

New panel now fitted and original reinforcing bracket was cleaned up and welded back on top.

Rear Crossmember End repaired

This area was quite complicated to make and was made up of five different repair sections.

Floor repaired

Floor was cleaned to bare metal and replacement seat mount plates made and fitted.

Completed Floor

Whole area was primed and seam sealed ready for top coats.
