Header Rail & Frame clean up
The hood cover was carefully unpicked from the frame which was derusted, painted and fitted with new seals.
Spitfire Hood
The hood cover was reusable and stuck back but will be replaced when funds allow.
Petrol Tank refitted
Petrol tank was painted and refitted and wheel tubs retrimmed with new vinyl covers.
Original Trim panels
The three trim panels at the back were in good condition and were cleaned and refitted.
Carpets
The original moulded carpets were also in good condition so were vacuumed and refitted too.
Windscreen refitted
Original screen was refitted with new plastic trims (a pig of a job!)
